Gennext IT Management and Consulting Private Limited ("Gennext IT", "we", "us") operates this website. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not buy or scrape personal data.

Through the enquiry form:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your contact number
• Your company name (optional)
• The content of your message

Through the training registration form:

• Your full name, email address and contact number
• The training plan you selected
• Any description you provide (optional)

Our web server also records standard technical request logs, including IP address and browser user agent. These are used to keep the site available and to limit automated abuse of the forms.

• To respond to your enquiry or registration. Lawful basis: your consent, given when you tick the consent box before submitting, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
• To protect the forms from spam and abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.
• To meet legal or accounting obligations where you go on to become a customer. Lawful basis: legal obligation.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing email to people who have only made an enquiry.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Your enquiry is delivered to our staff by email, which means it passes through our email service provider acting as a processor on our instructions.

We may disclose personal data where we are required to by law, court order, or a lawful request from a public authority.

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any tracking pixels. We do not track you across other websites.

Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find our office. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. If you would prefer not to load it, you can avoid the contact page and reach us by phone or email instead.

We keep enquiry and registration details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Where you become a customer, we keep the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes for as long as the law requires. Server request logs are retained for a short operational period only.

The site is served over HTTPS and sets strict transport, framing and content security policies. Access to enquiry mailboxes is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. We honour the following requests from anyone who contacts us, regardless of location:

• Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data
• Restriction or objection — ask us to stop or limit how we use it
• Portability — ask for your data in a portable format

If you are in the EU or UK, these rights arise under the GDPR, and you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. If you are in India, you have equivalent rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate another person to exercise them on your behalf, and the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, contact our grievance officer at info@gennextit.com, marking your message "Data protection grievance", or write to us at the India office address above. We will acknowledge your complaint and tell you the outcome.

We operate from India and the UAE. If you contact us from elsewhere, your data will be transferred to and processed in those countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

This website is intended for business and professional audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
