These terms govern your use of this website and your enrolment on any training programme delivered by Gennext IT Management and Consulting Private Limited ("Gennext IT"). By using this site or registering for a programme, you agree to them.

How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.

All text, images, logos and other materials on this website are owned by Gennext IT or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or redistribute any part of this site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client and partner logos shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to identify work we have done.

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we provide it for general information only. Course content, schedules, fees and availability may change. Nothing on this website forms an offer capable of acceptance, and details are confirmed to you in writing at the point of enrolment.

A place on a programme is confirmed once we have received your registration and the applicable fee, or the first instalment where an instalment plan has been agreed in writing. Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Any change to applicable tax components will be applied to the total course fee and the participant becomes liable to pay the difference.

Gennext IT may change or cancel courses where necessary. We will give as much notice as we reasonably can if a programme is cancelled or rescheduled.

A cancellation or reschedule requested by the participant less than 7 working days before the class start date will be subject to the full course fee.

We may stop a programme at any time for reasons such as insufficient enrolment or faculty unavailability. Where we do so, participants receive a full refund of fees paid.

Where a participant withdraws or cancels:

• 15 or more working days before the course begins — 50% of the course fee is retained towards administration and cancellation charges, and the balance is refunded. Alternatively, the participant may request a transfer to the next programme, for which 10% of the course fee is charged as a rearrangement fee.
• Less than 15 working days before the course begins — the full course fee is forfeited and no refund is available.
• After the course has begun — the full course fee is forfeited and no refund is available. Requests for partial refunds are not considered.

Where fees are paid in instalments, a late fee of Rs 3,000/- applies if an instalment is paid within 7 days of the due date, and Rs 5,000/- if paid between 8 and 14 days after the due date. If an instalment is not received within 15 days of the due date, the participant is treated as having dropped out and a re-joining fee of Rs 5,000/- per candidate applies.

Where a programme is described as including placement assistance, that assistance is support with interview preparation and introductions to hiring organisations. It is subject to the eligibility and performance criteria set out in your enrolment documentation. It is not a guarantee of employment, and any salary figure mentioned is an indication of the typical market range rather than a committed offer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of a programme is limited to the fees you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
